The Girls forgot 3 keys to menu planning
1. Simplify! Know the difference between the art of surprise and delight..."surprised" is when you wish you had ordered somethinge else..."delighted" is knowing you made the right choice and what you ordered is what you expected.
2. Ingredient focus! Everything for a purpose. If we keep adding and adding to a recipe, there comes a time where the ingredients drown each other out.
3. Design a signature! Build something into the meal that helps answer the question "what will they be talking about tomorrow", just make sure it is built around a good thing. If unsure, see Rule #1.
All in all, Episode 6 was a good show, but Paula still is playing it very cool and not getting alot of airtime, which in the world of reality TV, I guess is an indicator that we have lots of Paula yet to see.
What's on YOUR plate today? Today, I think I'll have the Blue Cheese Burger, rare.
Not to mention that meat and milk/cheese should not be served even if it is not a kosher meal...kosher style should have still prevailed and Gordon Ramsay should have seen to that

Why is it that blue cheese burgers or burgers with gorgonzola often get overpowered by the strong flavor of the cheese? Are the chefs just using too much of it?
