What a great show! Paula is flying under the radar, but we can see that she is really one of the strongest players. I've known Paula for several years, but I saw two things that I have never seen her do before...cook breakfast and hang out by the pool while someone else preps her station! There are two types of cooks..breakfast cooks and everyone else. Paula will be the first to admit that a breakfast cook can make or break the whole kitchen. I think we have the best breakfast cooks in the hotel business, and I have a great deal of respect for the skill it takes to run the breakfast line. Ramsay was wise in proving to the contestants that cooking eggs is no easy task.
